Fixing ramp-up premises from prototype to series phase including ramp-up/ ramp-down curve, variant mix, milestone plan, acceptance processes, interfaces and kick-off execution
- Planning of hiring and training process for associates
Development of qualification profiles, personnel requirements for ramp-up phase and target image, planning of training concept (trainers, multipliers and employees, training islands and content) and step-by-step plan for implementation
- Planning ramp-up model supplier
Coordination of capacity requirements and testing concept in the ramp-up phase, safeguarding of production, delivery and provisioning concept supplier network and definition of reporting, early warning and problem-solving process
- Implementation of ramp-up products and processes
Updating scheduling, milestones and buffer times as well as coordination and implementation of work packages (technology, organization, control), performance tests, rework, customer approvals, complaint and change management
- Reporting
Tracking of target achievement in terms of deadlines, costs, maturity, quality including risk monitoring and coordinated internal/ external reporting
- Lessons learned
Evaluation of reporting and summary of experiences in the overall project with all internal/ external partners as well as evaluation of the results and targeted handover to the relevant project partners
